👇 Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?
I came to TASL Health because I was constantly swollen, exhausted, and felt like my body didn’t bounce back after birth the way I expected. From my first appointment, I felt seen and understood. The recovery program helped reduce my bloating, improved my sleep, and even helped with the jaw pain I didn’t know was connected to postpartum tension. Every therapist was gentle, professional, and knew exactly how to guide me through each phase. I can honestly say this is the best thing I’ve done for myself since becoming a mom. I feel strong, clear, and like myself again!
Even though I was two years postpartum, I was still dealing with fatigue, stress, and pelvic discomfort. I thought it was too late to recover until I found TASL Health. The way they structured the program — phase by phase — made me feel safe and supported the whole time. The craniosacral and lymphatic work changed everything for me, and the pelvic integration sessions helped me move and sleep better than I had in years. Every session was customized, and the team truly listened. It’s a level of care you don’t see in most places.
I found TASL through a friend and was impressed right away. The team was kind, responsive, and never rushed me. Even the way they answered the phone was calming! I had so many questions and felt emotional during my first visit, but they never made me feel like I was just another patient. They explained the phases clearly, focused on what I needed most, and celebrated my progress along the way. The results were incredible — less swelling, no more jaw pain, and I even lost 9 pounds naturally through their holistic approach. Highly recommend this place to every mom!

How should I prepare for my Assessment and mini intro?
No special prep needed — just come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing (like leggings and a t-shirt) so we can assess your posture and movement. If you're bringing baby, that’s totally fine — we’re used to it! Be ready to talk about your birth experience, symptoms, and goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what we’re here for.
Are there any conditions that would make our sessions inadvisable?
Most postpartum moms are safe and appropriate for this visit — even if you're early in recovery. However, if you have a current fever, active infection, or recent surgery with open wounds or stitches that haven’t healed, we may reschedule hands-on care. If you're unsure, reach out and we’ll guide you — our goal is always to keep you safe, supported, and on the right path for healing.
Yes — many women are cleared based on healing, but not recovery. We evaluate how your body is compensating and why symptoms linger.
